I am a qualified Pluralistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I have a BSc (Hons) Psychology and an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am deeply committed to supporting my clients in navigating life’s challenges and finding their own path to healing and growth.

My approach

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective psychotherapy. My approach is collaborative, and I work with each client as a partner in their journey. I trust that you, as the expert in your own life, hold the answers within you. My role is to create a safe, empathetic and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Together, we will work towards empowering you to overcome challenges and provide support as you move towards the life you want to create.

Having personally faced my own life challenges, I have experienced the positive impact of counselling in navigating difficult life events. This personal insight fuelled my passion for psychotherapy and my dedication to helping others. I am here to listen, guide, and support you through whatever struggles you may face, ensuring you never have to walk the journey alone. I use a range of evidence based therapeutic modalities and tailor these based on each client’s preferences and particular needs.

I invite you to take the first step towards your journey of self-discovery and growth. Together, we can work to create lasting change and bring about the positive outcomes you’re seeking. You can make contact with me here
